Founded in 1986 as a nonprofit organization, the mission of MANRRS is to promote academic and professional advancement by empowering underrepresented minorities in agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences. MANRRS has developed a support network and strategic partnerships with a number of private companies and government agencies to offer scholarships, internships, cooperative training experiences, and professional development opportunities.
