Two ways to volunteer:
Serve as Contest Judge
Serve as Mock Interviewer
Connect with the future of the industry and advise students on interview skills, public speaking, and personal branding by serving as a contest judge or mock interviewer! For many students, receiving feedback about these skills can make all the difference in affirming and motivating them to persist in their MANRRS journey and within the industry. Volunteers will provide constructive feedback, advice, and motivation to diverse and talented students.

Time Commitment
Approximately 2 hours during the Regional Cluster
The interview contest will include a pre-cluster judging portion. For more information about each contest and judging process, view the contest guidelines here.
Motivated to provide positive and constructive feedback to student presenters
Must be a registered attendee for one of the 2023 Regional Clusters
Previous experience in judging/mentoring similar events preferred but not required
How to sign up
1. Register to attend a Regional Cluster 2. Sign up to serve as a judge or mock interviewer in one of the following as part of your Cluster registration:
Interview Contest
Impromptu Contest
Elevator Speech Contest
Branding You: Mock interviews
