Applications are welcomed from undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in any of the following programs: Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Engineering, Data Science, IT and Software Development, Environmental Management and Sustainability-related disciplines. Students must be from underrepresented groups and members of MANRRS at any of the chapters.
Scholarship Criteria
This short-term scholarship will be awarded to recipients based on their motivation, academic performance and the quality of applications. The students are required to submit:
A cover letter and Curriculum Vitae - Cover Letter(max of one page) including the motivation for the scholarship application, details on the financial situation that constraints your academic performance, level of involvement in your MANRRS chapter, as well as community or social engagement. - Curriculum Vitae (1-2 pages) ( A detailed document that outlines your academic and professional history. Unlike a resume, which is typically shorter and more focused on your most recent and relevant experience, a CV provides a comprehensive overview of your career, including Personal info, education, academic achievements, professional opportunities, research and skills.)
Academic transcript of studies. Minimum G.P.A requirement is 2.8.
Benefits of Joining
Undergraduate Student recipients will receive a $1500 scholarship.
Graduate Student recipients will receive a $2500 scholarship.
