The Advisor of the Year Award is awarded to MANRRS advisors that go above and beyond! Awards are $4,000 in total with $3000 going toward the advisor’s personal funds and $1,000 toward the advisor’s chapter. The deadline to submit nominations is 60 days before each annual national conference. Applications close January 21, 2024, 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be announced and recognized during the Annual National Conference.
Eligibility
Any active MANRRS member may submit an application
Any active MANRRS professional member serving as a chapter advisor may be nominated
The MANRRS Advisor must have served in this position for at least two years.
The Nominator, the primary and secondary mentees providing letters of recommendation must be three separate individuals.
Past winners are not eligible.
Please Note: Self-nominations and nominations for members posthumously, will not be accepted.
Nomination Requirements
Nominee's 1-2 page resume
Two (2) letters of recommendation from current or past mentees of the nominee. Letters should describe the positive impact the nominee had on the mentee.
One to two (1-2) page summary detailing the impact that the nominee has had on the chapter growth, leadership, professional, and career training of past and present MANRRS members and why the nominee is deserving of the award.
