A GUIDE TO THE MANRRS WEBSITE AND PORTAL

All active chapter advisors should have access to MANRRS's HubSpot portal.

HubSpot is used to accurately track and maintain the database of MANRRS members, old, new, and prospective members.

Advisors need to have a HubSpot login to maintain their chapter members that register or renew. If you do not have access to the HubSpot portal, please click "Get Help" to email us. Please also check your inbox or spam folder for HubSpot emails that give you the permission to get into HubSpot.

Once an advisor logs into HubSpot, there are a few steps that need to be taken to approve members with their chapter.

1. Navigate to the Contacts dropdown, and click Contacts.
2. This will give you a list of all contacts within the MANRRS database who are currently or previously assigned to the chapter.
3. Advisors should see Pending Approvals as a tab here. If you do not, please click Add View and search for Pending Approvals.
4. Once the Pending Approvals tab is added to the Contacts view, the advisor needs to review all members that are currently pending approval. Advisors need to spot check each individual to verify their eligibility for chapter membership. If they do not qualify, please click the "Get Help" button below.
5. Assuming the list of members that are Pending Approval are all actively involved within the chapter, advisors can bulk edit the membership status of these contacts. To do so, please:
   1. Check the box to the right of the table to select all contacts.
   2. Select Edit.
   3. Select Update Property then  Membership Status option.
   4. Select Active from the second drop down.
   5. Click Update.
6. At this point, all members that were pending approval before are now considered approved and active.

If a chapter advisor sees an individual on the list who is not affiliated with the chapter, please contact the executive office by clicking "Get Help".
