A GUIDE TO THE MANRRS WEBSITE AND PORTAL

Gated Pages: This refers to the pages on the MANRRS website that require a log in to access. Simply put, these are private pages for exclusive-benefit access.
Portal: This refers to the backend of the website that everyone is not able to see from the MANRRS website. MANRRS uses HubSpot, a system that holds data and website information. When we say portal, we are referring to HubSpot. This is not to be confused with the gated pages on MANRRS website.
ACCESSING GATED PAGES
The MANRRS website gives you, exclusive access to specific pages with a variety of resources to continue to help you grow along your journey within our organization.
These pages are "gated", meaning you must be an active...
- Member
- Chapter Advisor, or
- Partner
... to access these specific pages.
Once active, those eligible will receive a system email with instructions for you to set up your login credentials to access your private content.
Please watch the resource video to walk through the steps mentioned in the tabs below.
If you are still having trouble accessing the gated pages after following the step-by-step instructions, please select the "Get Help" button on any of the aforementioned tabs.
CREATING A LOGIN
All active MANRRS members automatically receive an email to create a password for the gated pages.
This email will come from noreply@manrrs.org. Don't see it? Check your junk folder!
If you know you are an active member, advisor, or partner and cannot locate this email, navigate to a gated page and click "Forgot Password".
If the email address provided is assigned to an active membership, you will receive an email to create a new password.
If you receive an error that you are not a member, please click "Contact the Admin" so we can assist from there.
BULK REGISTERING CHAPTER MEMBERS
(CHAPTER ADVISORS ONLY)
All primary MANRRS chapter advisors are required to be an active professional member and are responsible for submitting their new and renewing chapter members, as well as paying the annual chapter dues of $125 to be in good standing with the MANRRS National Office. You can complete these actions by submitting an invoice request via the Chapter Bulk Registration page.
Please follow the step-by-step instructions provided below. If you need additional support, please watch the resource video.
Note: Only active chapter advisors on file will have access to the Chapter Bulk Registration page. Chapter members will need to contact their advisor to ensure they are recognized as a member by the National Office. For assistance accessing the Chapter Bulk Registration page, please review the tutorial video.
Navigating to the Chapter Registration Page
- Navigate to the "Join" page (formerly labeled "Register/Renew") and scroll down to the green "How to Register to Join MANRRS" section.
- Select the "Register or Renew" button under "Chapter Registration".
- Log in using the credentials you created for your MANRRS-provided advisor email (e.g. "school/chapter name"@manrrs.org").
- Note: If you have yet to set up your chapter advisor login or forgot your password, please contact your designated MANRRS National Office representative.
Updating Your Chapter Roster
- Once you've successfully accessed the Chapter Bulk Registration page, scroll down to the "Register or Renew Your Chapter" section and select "Download Template".
- Open the downloaded file and follow the instructions provided in the first tab of the roster template.
- Once the required registration information* for all members and any additional chapter advisors taking advantage of the invoiced professional member dues benefit are accounted for, please delete the instructions tab in the file.
- Note: Do not include any advisors on the chapter roster that will NOT be paying their professional member dues via invoice.
- Click "File" > "Save As" and rename your file with the membership year and your FULL chapter name (e.g. 2025-26_Chapter Name_Roster). Before saving, make sure you update the file format to a .CSV file.
- Note: MANRRS National Office will not accept any other file type – make sure this is accurate.
* If your Chapter does not require members to pay Chapter Dues, please enter the date of your roster submission under "Chapter Dues Payment Date" and "$0.00" under "Chapter Dues Payment Amount". To prevent membership activation processing errors, do NOT leave these columns blank.
Submit Chapter Registration Request
- Revisit the "Navigating to Chapter Registration Page" step to navigate back to the Chapter Bulk Registration page.
- Scroll down to the gold "How to Bulk Register or Renew Your MANRRS Chapter" section and review to ensure you've followed all necessary criteria before submitting your registration request form.
- Once complete, proceed with completing the registration request form – this will include uploading the .CSV file of your Chapter Roster.
- Note: Do NOT include any advisors that will NOT be paying their professional member dues via invoice in the count of professional member dues to be invoiced.
- Click submit and wait for your confirmation email outlining next steps!
