Rooted in Tomorrow Land O'Lakes Scholarship

This scholarship opportunity is available to 10, rising 2nd year MANRRS students. Recipients will receive a $1000 book scholarship and will spend one week at Land O’Lakes Headquarters in June 2023 to connect and network with Land O’Lakes professionals, MANRRS alumni, College Relations staff, and summer interns. The week will be filled with tours of our corporate office, an answer plot and member farm tour, a trip to our innovation center in River Falls, volunteer opportunities, professional development sessions, and connection points with current interns.

Outcome: At the end of the experience, the scholars will have a better understanding of career opportunities in corporate agriculture, an understanding of how to navigate professional spaces, and key skills to utilize as they navigate future internship and career roles.

Eligibility 

• Must be an active MANRRS student member
• Must be a first year undergraduate student (rising sophomore standing)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
